• Order confirmation and custom measurements
After placing the order, our team will contact you to confirm the details and determine the necessary measurements. If you cannot visit the ZESTAL showroom in Bucharest (B-dul Regina Maria no. 23), we offer telephone support for a correct measurement.

• Execution time
Our products are made by hand, with care and attention, which requires an execution time between 2 and 20 working days, depending on the stock of materials and the complexity of the product.

• Personalization
ZESTAL models are adjusted especially for you, with customization options that will be established by mutual agreement - you can change cut elements from various products, you can choose a different color for the ordered product, you can turn a blouse into a dress.

Advantages
For sustainability and to extend the life of each creation, we offer free retouching for adjustments (shortened, tightened, widened) after you receive the product.

• Payment of an advance
When placing the order, an advance payment of 50% of the total value will be paid, thus confirming the start of the process of making the product. This is important because each piece is custom made to each client's measurements and specifications.

• Delivery
Products are delivered by courier, carefully packed in premium covers and boxes. Delivery is made within 24-48 hours of completion of the custom-made piece, except during busy periods when delivery may take longer.
