EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY IN ZESTAL STORES
You can exchange or ask for a credit note in the store where the purchase was made.Within 14 calendar days from the purchase, you can request an exchange of products with a value equal to or greater than the previous one, and the exchange can only be made with other products physically available in the store.
Zestal will accept exchange or return only for products without defect, accompanied by the original tax receipt, are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or professionally washed/cleaned, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, including the related cover.
*We strongly advise you to carefully check the clothing and accessories upon receipt, before removing any attached tags and before discarding any original packaging.
*If there is nothing in stock in the store that you want to exchange, the entire amount becomes a credit note that can be used within 12 months for any product in the ZESTAL collections.
*ZESTAL gladly accepts a maximum of one (1) exchange per purchased product, after that another exchange or return is NOT accepted for the exchanged products.
*The credit note can be used for pre-order orders, with a cumulative value equal to or greater than the credit value.
* For products purchased on the basis of a credit note, in a previous return, DO NOT accept another exchange or another return.
*Products that have benefited from the retouching service, at the customer's request, cannot be returned.
*MADE-TO-MEASURE products cannot be returned.
*Customized products cannot be returned.
*Products purchased during our PROMOTIONAL sales period cannot be exchanged or returned.
*We offer the first free Zestal Retouch service within 30 calendar days from the moment of delivery/pickup of the product by the customer, ONLY for changes to the product such as shortened, tightened or increased by one size. For major changes such as replacing some parts of the product, extending or reorganizing the manual accessories, it involves a longer execution time and these changes will be made against cost.This will be discussed and established together with our colleagues to find the optimal option, being preceded by the approval of the costs by the client.
You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of the products according to ch. V from law no. 449/2003
