ZESTAL LOYALTY PROGRAM

  1. General principles

1.1. The Zestal Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is dedicated to all Zestal customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Clients”) who purchase products from the Zestal offer, online at www.zestal.store or in the Zestal showroom.

1.2. Participation is free of charge and implies acceptance of these regulations.

1.3. Zestal reserves the right to modify the Program at any time during its duration.


  1. How points are accumulated

2.1. For every 1 leu spent on an order, the Client receives 1 loyalty point.

2.2. Points are automatically accumulated in the Client’s personal account, available at www.zestal.store or in the client record available in the showroom.
Points accumulated from showroom purchases will be manually transferred into the user account by a Zestal representative.

2.3. The Client may check at any time the number of available points, transaction history, and expiration date of the points:

  • In the showroom: by request to a Zestal representative;
  • By phone: +40 770 728 038;
  • Online: in the member account.

2.4. After each order, the Client receives a confirmation email/message with the points earned and the updated cumulative balance.


  1. Loyalty thresholds and gifts

All gifts are standard products, without customization options.

Zestal reserves the right to replace the fabrics of the gift products depending on stock availability.

  1. Use of points and claiming gifts

4.1. Gifts can only be claimed after reaching the number of points corresponding to that threshold. The required points are deducted at the time of the request.

4.2. The Client may choose to postpone claiming the gift corresponding to a threshold and continue accumulating points for the next level.
Example: if a Client has accumulated 4,200 points from one or more orders, they may continue until the Call to Origins threshold, at which point they may request the gift for that level.

4.3. For the Stitched Dance threshold (35,000 p):

  • Upon accumulating at least 35,000 points in the account, the Client may request the gift consisting of a blouse with a maximum value of 3,500 lei. The value of the chosen blouse as a gift does not affect the number of points accumulated in the account.
    Example: the Client has 34,000 points in the account and makes another purchase of 1,800 lei; the Stitched Dance threshold is automatically reached, and 35,000 points are deducted. The new journey starts with the remaining 800 points, with a new validity period of 18 months from that moment.
  • If the desired blouse exceeds 3,500 lei, the Client pays the difference through regular payment methods; this difference is converted into points in the account.
    Example: the gift blouse costs 3,800 lei, the difference of 300 lei is converted into 300 points in the account.

4.4. Points spent on a gift are non-refundable and cannot be reconverted into cash.

4.5. If the Client wishes to request multiple gifts from a lower threshold, they may use the points accordingly (e.g.: 7,000 points for two scarves), respecting the available balance.

 

  1. Validity and expiration of points

5.1. Points are valid for 18 months from the date of the Client’s first order placed under the Program.

5.2. At the end of 18 months, all unused points are automatically canceled, the balance returns to zero, and the accumulation of points restarts for a new 18-month period from the next order placed.

5.3. Unused points within the 18 months are not carried over into the next period and are not transferable to another person.

5.4. Zestal fashion house is not responsible for the loss of unused points after expiration and does not grant compensation of any kind.

 

  1. Customization and special conditions for gifts

6.1. For the gift at the Stitched Dance threshold, the measurements of each client will be taken into account.

 

  1. Gift claiming procedure

7.1. After reaching a threshold, the Client sends a request by e-mail to contact@zestal.store or to the number +40 770 728 038, specifying the desired gift.

7.2. Zestal confirms the validity of the points and the availability of the product.

7.3. After confirmation, the Client has 30 calendar days to provide the necessary measurements (if applicable) and confirm the delivery address.

7.4. Gift products are delivered free of charge within Romania. For international deliveries, a fixed fee of 300 lei applies.

 

  1. Termination or modification of the Program

8.1. Zestal reserves the right to modify these regulations or to suspend/terminate the Program at any time, with notification of the affected Clients by email.

8.2. Modifications will not affect points already accumulated up to the date of the notice. Clients may request the gift corresponding to the threshold reached at that time.

 

  1. Final provisions

9.1. By participating in the Program, Clients declare that they have read and understood these regulations and agree with all attached conditions.

9.3. The regulations are published on the Zestal website and are applicable starting June 1, 2025.

9.4. Zestal reserves the possibility not to contact members who have not made any purchase in the last 18 months to inform them about possible changes to the Program.
