TEZAUR

The TezAUR collection represents a new stage in the remarkable evolution of the Zestal creative line, a perfect melange of opulence and abundance of statement pieces, combinations of high quality materials and atypical textures, having the purpose of providing the women who wear them the confidence, the statuary posture and the extravagance they need to stand out regardless of the context in which the handcrafted pieces are worn.
The central motif of the collection is consisted of pearls and beads of different sizes and textures, hand-sewn on each piece of clothing and aims to bring a modern twist and a extra preciousness to the garments of the Romanian Folklore costumes such as the Fotă, the Ie or the Bundița.
Over the centuries, the various civilizations and cultures of the world have enjoyed a diversity of traditional apparel, each of them having specific elements of the country or region, depending on the political, economical and social status or the climate and utility of the garments.
Therefore, the well-known collars with ruffles which are reinterpreted in the TezAUR collection remind to a certain extent of the collars of Renaissance, opulent and extravagant garments, worn with pride by both women and men in the sixteenth century.
Due to their cut, the hand-sewn IE are extremely versatile, easy to adapt in any context and for any event. From a pair of classic jeans for an office look that doesn’t go unnoticed, to an elegant cocktail outfit on the shores of a lake, the garments can be combined with various elements of any wardrobe, highlighting each one’s originality and personality.
The chromatic balance is rendered by the antagonism between black and white, which together emphasize the elegance and refinement, the preciousness and the good taste of each look.
